  1. How far in advance should I book my bridal hair and makeup?
    We recommend booking your bridal hair and makeup at least 6-9 months in advance to ensure availability, especially during peak wedding season.
  2. Do you offer trials, and what can I expect during a trial session?
    Yes, we offer makeup trial sessions for confirmed Brides to ensure you are happy with your look. During the trial, we will:
    • Discuss your vision and preferences
    • Assess your skin type and tone
    • Create a full makeup look to match your desired style
    • Make any necessary adjustments to perfect the look
  1. How long does the trial session take?
    The trial session typically lasts 2-3 hours, allowing ample time to perfect your look and make any changes.
  2. What products do you use?
    We use high-quality, professional-grade products that ensure long-lasting results. Our kit includes top brands such as Dior, Charlotte Tilbury, Too Faced, Rare Beauty, MAC and many more for makeup, and high-end styling products from brands like Kenra and Got2b for hair.
  3. Do you travel to the venue?
    Yes, we provide on-location services and travel to your wedding venue. Travel fees may apply depending on the location. For your trial, you can choose in-studio, or we can travel to you.
  4. How should I prepare for my hair and makeup appointment on the wedding day?
    For makeup:
    • Arrive with a clean, moisturized face
    • Avoid any new skincare treatments a week before the wedding to prevent unexpected reactions.
    • Exfoliate your skin the night before
    • A Dermaplaning facial is recommended

For hair:

    • Wash and blow dry your hair or get a Blow-Out (unless otherwise advised during your trial).
    • Don’t use any styling products. (unless otherwise advised during your trial)
  1. Can you accommodate large bridal parties?
    Yes, we can accommodate large bridal parties. We may bring additional artists/stylists to ensure everyone is ready on time.
  2. What is your cancellation policy?
    We require a non-refundable, non-transferable retainer to secure your date. Cancellations made less than 3 months before the event may incur additional charges.
  3. Do you offer touch-up services?
    Yes, we offer touch-up services to keep your hair and makeup fresh throughout the day. This can include staying on-site or returning later in the day for touch-ups.
  4. How can I book your services?

  5. Can I book a trial before securing my wedding date?
    Trials are only available for confirmed wedding bookings to ensure that your wedding date is available following your trial.
